A positive assessment, but with clear concerns about the content and progression systems · 78/100

15 total reviews · 100% positive

Best for It suits players who enjoy focused strategy games and action-oriented turn-based combat in short sessions. It is especially appealing to fans of combat from Shogun Showdown, Slay the Spire, Into the Breach, One Step From Eden, or the MegaMan Battle Network series, as well as players who like pixel art and Korean settings. Conversely, roguelike fans expecting a rich story, broad build variety, strong permanent progression, and high long-term replayability may find the limited content and progression system disappointing.

Strengths

Fast, tense combat pacing that feels like real-time action despite being turn-based
A distinctive combat system built around energy management, changing direction, attack range, and moving between enemies
Stylish pixel art, flashy skill animations, and a distinctive Seoul-based atmosphere

Weaknesses

Enemy attack patterns and stage layouts are monotonous, making combat feel repetitive quickly
Fixed character skills and limited build options reduce the variety and replayability typical of roguelikes
Using souls for permanent upgrades, in-stage items, and card unlocks makes progression inconvenient and creates a heavy farming burden
