Strengths

The MCC system, which allows players to control up to three characters simultaneously, is highly original and regarded as the game's key distinguishing feature.
The character models and world design are beautiful, and collecting and developing a variety of characters is enjoyable.
Players can build their own combinations of tanks, damage dealers, healers, and other roles, giving party composition and strategy real depth.

Weaknesses

The interface is complex and key mapping is inconvenient; some users find the overall controls and combat pace slow.
There are complaints that monetization elements, premium items, RNG, and limited trading and market systems appear excessively profit-driven.
Bots and alternate accounts are said to reduce item values and damage the economy, while also undermining trust in the management.
