Strengths

A variety of gameplay elements and a richer-than-expected selection of stages provide freshness and ample playtime.
The simple but well-designed levels and smooth difficulty curve are viewed positively.
It preserves the original gameplay and nostalgia well while improving the graphics.

Weaknesses

Repeatedly returning to the door after collecting fruit and passing through the same section again makes 100% completion tiring.
PAC-MAN's landing positions and movement controls can feel awkward in some situations.
The soundtrack can become boring during long play sessions because it repeats frequently.
