Very positive overall, though criticism of the weaker level design and combat balance compared with the previous game is also present. · 86/100

Best for It is especially well suited to players who prefer a light and accessible Metroidvania and value the series' characters, music, and animation. However, players expecting a high level of challenge, intricate level design, comfortable repeated exploration, and perfect completion may be disappointed by enemy respawns, limited resupply, and repetitive map layouts.

Strengths

The cute, beautiful graphics, character animations, and polished cutscenes are highly impressive.
The music is excellent, and the overall atmosphere is bright and appealing.
Metroidvania-style exploration and a variety of abilities and fusion magic are enjoyable.

Weaknesses

Enemies in previously visited rooms keep respawning, and the sparse rewards make combat feel tedious.
Save points do not restore health or magic, making resupply and retries before and after bosses inconvenient.
Areas and dungeons lack visual and structural variety, and the late-game level design is repetitive.
