Generally positive, but alongside this is the view that the game's original fun and content value have been significantly weakened by the end of service and the transition to offline play. · 74/100

457 total reviews · 70% positive

Best for It was well suited to mobile RPG and SRPG players who enjoy collecting beautiful characters, strategic team formation, and long-term progression content. The current version is better suited to returning players interested in viewing the character roster, revisiting past content, and reminiscing, as well as players who simply want to experience the campaign casually rather than compete or develop characters.

Strengths

Nearly 300 distinctive mercenaries and high-quality character illustrations
Strategic turn-based combat requiring formation building and action-order planning
Low monetization pressure and the provision of a free offline version after service ended

Weaknesses

After the offline transition, all characters are unlocked and maxed from the start, weakening the motivation to collect, progress, and farm
The end of service removed PvP, updates, online content, and community features
Heavy reliance on auto-battle and RNG is said to limit direct control and strategic depth
