Strengths

An extremely smooth and versatile movement system combining running, air dashes, and time manipulation
A Metroidvania structure that organically connects exploration, ability unlocks, puzzles, and platforming
Responsive combat controls with useful combinations of the protagonist’s abilities and amulets

Weaknesses

The high proportion and difficulty of platforming can cause fatigue or frustration during long sessions
Bosses and regular enemies are criticized for being much easier than the platforming sections
The story is considered somewhat predictable, with a clichéd ending or a sharp drop in quality later on
