Strengths

Intuitive action controls that are easy to enjoy with one hand, with a high degree of freedom in character movement, attacks, and skills
Cute, high-quality 3D character models and flashy, satisfying skill effects
Good accessibility for free-to-play users thanks to stamina-free play, free currency, and rewards

Weaknesses

Widespread complaints about gacha rates and costs, including the lack of a pity system, duplicates, failure to obtain featured characters, and insufficient currency
Distrust that rapid inflation centered on new characters and their short lifespans make it necessary to pull the latest characters to clear content easily
Criticism that recent events are less fun and characters less appealing than in the past, with repetitive female characters having similar personalities
