Warfactory: Automation RTS

Warfactory is an automation RTS built on the logistics of large-scale real-time warfare. Every warrior under your command rolls off your assembly line. If production stops, the front collapses. Design and expand your factory across a hostile hex-grid map. Assemble units piece by piece through interconnected hubs. Deploy formations of samurai mechs against an endless insectoid horde. You are an ancient Artificial Mind. Thousands of years ago, you swore a digital bushidō oath to serve humanity. The humans are dead. The oath still executes. Build the machine temple. Fulfill your oath. Purge the plague that killed the galaxy. Each world is a hex-grid puzzle you must solve under pressure. Place extractors, refineries, and assembly hubs to keep production flowing while the terrain works against you. Resources cluster in hard-to-reach zones. Expansion paths run tight. Every tile placed is a tradeoff between immediate output and room to grow later. a broken supply // cuts deeper than any blade // the frontline starves fast Your factory layout shapes the army you lead. Assembly hubs manufacture hulls, weapons, and propulsion systems, connecting them into machine warriors. Reconfigure production to shift army composition — swap katanas for cannons, treads for hover plates — or rebuild the entire line to meet a new threat. sword forged from still thought // each part placed by unseen hand // the self marches forward Battles unfold in real time at massive scale. The horde has overwhelmed entire worlds. Machine infantry collides with insectoids while your factory races to replace the fallen. You will need thousands of units just to hold the line. And as their shōgun, you will command every advance, every retreat, every last stand. machines on the march // a flower sways in their wake // no one sees it bloom War demands growth. Send scouts to place beacons, unlock new territory, and push the factory forward. Expansion reshapes logistics, forcing you to optimize production across a larger, more complex grid. New worlds introduce constraints and threats that demand fresh layouts and new army compositions. one beacon, then two // the line hungers for what lies // beyond the last hill Factory-Driven Warfare. Every unit rolls off your assembly line. If production stalls, reinforcements stop, and the front collapses. Hex-Grid Factory Building. Construct extractors, refineries, and assembly hubs on hostile worlds. Constrained terrain means every placement is a tradeoff between output and expansion. Modular Unit Assembly. Produce interchangeable hulls, weapons, and propulsion systems. Rewire production lines on the fly to adapt your army to new threats. Massive Real-Time Combat. Command thousands of machines in large-scale infantry battles while your factory races to replace the fallen. Grid Expansion. Scout territory, place beacons, and reorganize your production as logistics grow complex. Samurai Mechs. A world of machine temples, katana-wielding robots, and artificial minds hard-coded to follow digital bushidō.
