Steam

Strengths

A polished fighting system centered on frames, spacing, foot positioning, ring-outs, and mind games without complex super moves or meters
Relatively easy to learn but difficult to master, providing strong satisfaction from understanding why matches are won or lost and improving one's skills
World Stage evokes the quest modes of VF4 and T5DR while offering player-data-based CPU opponents and substantial ongoing single-player content

Weaknesses

After the introduction of anti-cheat such as EAC, the game has reportedly slowed down or crashed, and online play has become impossible in some environments
SteamOS and Linux support was broken, leaving some handheld PC and Linux users unable to run the game
The online population is extremely small, leading to repeated matches against the same opponents and mixed matchmaking between beginners and veterans
