Strengths

The cute designs of the CookieRun characters, along with their distinctive voices and dialogue, are highly appealing.
The story is entertaining and meets the expectations of fans who enjoy the CookieRun universe and its characters.
The tap-and-blast puzzles are simple, immersive, and satisfying, making them suitable for short play sessions.

Weaknesses

Performance and stability problems recur, including device overheating, lag, freezing, forced closures, long loading times, and data or reward errors after updates.
There is strong dissatisfaction with unfavorable pickup rates, pity systems, and gacha currency income, while collecting characters places a heavy financial burden on players.
Some puzzle stages are considered excessively difficult and luck-dependent, and limited moves and reliance on items create the perception that purchases are being forced.
