WAME Terms of Service

Effective Date: March 10, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the WAME platform and related services (the "Service") operated by Blackhoods Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, users agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

1. Purpose

These Terms establish the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and users in relation to the use of the WAME platform.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

1. Service
   Refers to the WAME online platform that provides game discovery, community interaction, content sharing, and related services.
2. User
   Refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Service.
3. Member
   Refers to a user who has created an account and registered with the Service.
4. Content
   Refers to any material posted or submitted by users, including reviews, posts, comments, images, videos, and links.
5. Game Content
   Refers to game-related information provided by developers or publishers, including descriptions, promotional materials, and media.

3. Role of the Platform

The Company provides a platform that allows users to discover games and share opinions or information about games.

The Company does not develop, publish, or operate the games listed on the platform and is not responsible for the performance, quality, or operation of such games.

4. Modification of Terms

These Terms become effective when posted on the Service.

The Company may modify these Terms in compliance with applicable laws.

If changes are made, the Company will provide notice through the Service at least 7 days prior to the effective date.

If changes materially affect users' rights, notice will be provided at least 30 days in advance.

Users who do not agree to the revised Terms may discontinue using the Service.

5. Account Registration

Users may create an account to access certain features of the Service.

The Company may refuse or restrict registration in the following cases:

• Use of another person’s information
• Submission of false information
• Attempts to disrupt the Service
• Previous violations of these Terms

6. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account credentials.

The Company is not responsible for damages resulting from unauthorized use of a user's account.

7. Provision of Service

The Company strives to provide the Service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

However, the Service may be temporarily suspended due to:

• System maintenance
• Technical issues
• Force majeure events

8. User Content

Users retain ownership of the content they post on the Service.

By posting content, users grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and modify such content for purposes related to the operation and promotion of the Service.

9. Prohibited Activities

Users must not engage in the following activities:

• Using another person’s account
• Posting illegal or harmful content
• Posting defamatory or infringing material
• Distributing malware or harmful code
• Interfering with the operation of the Service
• Violating intellectual property rights

10. Content Moderation

The Company reserves the right to remove or restrict access to content that:

• Violates applicable laws
• Infringes intellectual property rights
• Contains harmful or illegal material
• Violates community guidelines
• Disrupts the operation of the Service

11. Advertising

The Service may include advertising or sponsored content.

Advertisements will be displayed in a manner that allows users to recognize them as promotional content.

The Company is not responsible for transactions or interactions between users and advertisers.

12. Changes or Termination of Service

The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue part or all of the Service.

Where possible, the Company will provide advance notice of such changes.

13. Suspension or Termination of Accounts

If a user violates these Terms, the Company may take actions including:

• Warning
• Content removal
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent account termination

14. Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for damages resulting from:

• Force majeure events
• User misconduct or negligence
• Third-party services or content

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for damages arising from the use of the Service unless caused by the Company's intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
